1. Return Eligibility
You may return any eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition (unused, unassembled, and with all original packaging).
- You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).
- The item is not marked as final sale or custom-made, which are non-returnable items.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@torasonali.com or call (732) 240-7917. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide you with return instructions.
- Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Return Shipping: Ship the item back to the address provided in the Return Authorization. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that the refund may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee may apply to certain items, such as large furniture or special orders. This will be communicated to you during the return process.
- Non-refundable Items: Shipping charges, gift cards, and custom-made items are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@torasonali.com or call (732) 240-7917. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please keep the original packaging and take photos of the damaged item to facilitate the claims process.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you may initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. The return policy outlined above applies to exchanges.
6. Final Sale Items
Certain products, including custom-made furniture, clearance items, and sale items, are marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Please check the product description for more details on the return policy.
7. Late Returns
If you attempt to return an item after the 30-day return window, we will not be able to process your return or refund. We recommend contacting our customer service team as soon as possible if you need assistance with a return.
8. International Returns
For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any associated customs duties or taxes. Please ensure that you contact us before returning international items.
